line & Lee sweet potatoes

2 medium sweet potatoes - diced
2 TBS olive oil
1 TBS sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
preheat oven to 450 F. whisk together the olive oil, sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper. place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. drizzle the olive oil mixture over the potatoes, toss to combine. bake for 15-20 minutes. potatoes will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
