line & lee shaved Brussels sprout salad

recipe note: easy
24 brussels sprouts, ends removed - thinly sliced with a knife, mandolin, or chopped with the food processor
½ cup walnut pieces
¼ cup grated pecorino romano
3 TBS olive oil
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
kosher salt - to taste
combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, toss to mix. taste and season accordingly.
