Line & Lee Peach Dessert

serves as many as needed
1/2 peach per person - cored and halved
1 tsp butter - melted (1 per peach)
1 tsp brown sugar (1 per peach)
ice cream (we like the french vanilla from trader joe's)
crushed potato chips
pure maple syrup & cinnamon - optional
place the cored halved peaches on a cookie sheet and brush them with the melted butter. place the peaches on hot grill (skin side up) - cook for 3 minutes (turn after minute or so to get goo grill marks). remove and dust with the brown sugar. top each peach with a scoop of ice cream, crushed potato chips, and a drizzle of maple syrup. serve immediately. (if you are serving a large crowd on a tray, we recommend slicing off the top of the peach round to make it more sturdy).
