line & lee lemon asparagus
serves 4 as a side

olive oil
1 - 2 bunch(es) of asparagus - trimmed
salt and pepper
2 lemons - one for juice and one cut into rounds - grilling these is also an option
3 - 6 oz. feta cheese - crumbled
prepare the asparagus with drizzled olive oil and generous salt and pepper. grill or roast (425 degrees) for about 10 minutes or until charred yet tender. once finished cooking, season with lemon juice and salt and pepper (if needed). garnish with lemon rounds and feta and serve!
