line & lee frozen peach bellini

1/4 cup simple syrup
1 16 oz bag of frozen peaches
1 bottle of prosecco
mint leaves

place the simple syrup and frozen peach in a blender. blend until smooth. in a pitcher combine the frozen mixture with the prosecco. serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with mint.
