LINE & LEE CASHEW CREAM SAUCE

1 cup cashews
1 cup warm water
1 lime - juiced
1 garlic clove
pinch of kosher salt
Place in blender and mix until smooth. use on pastas, in soup, in a rice bowl, you name it. and get creative...swap the lime and garlic for a date to make sweet cream, or add a chipotle pepper to spice it up! the cream will keep in the fridge for one week.
