buffalo chicken dip
serves 10 (as an app)

2 12.5 ounce cans of canned chicken - best quality you can find
1 cup of ranch - hidden valley is preferred
3/4 cup frank’s red hot sauce
1 8 ounce brick of cream cheese - room temp
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar (plus more for the topping)
preheat oven to 350 F. mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then place in a large baking dish (lasagna pan). make sure that the cream cheese gets fully incorporated. top the dip with more cheese to cover the surface and then place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. serve warm with tortilla chips.
